  • Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). You can call CALM on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm–midnight)
  • The Carers Trust - is the largest UK network of organisations that specialises in supporting and improving the wellbeing of unpaid carer.
  • Crisis Line finder - London Borough Crisis Lines A-Z.
  • Cruse bereavement support.
  • Domestic abuse support for men - Respect
  • Eating disorder support via Beat
  • Employment support – University of Greenwich careers service.
  • Finance information – University of Greenwich Money advice and support
  • Hearing Voices Network - If you hear voices, see visions or have similar sensory experiences – you’re not alone.
  • MIND Explains how you can look after your mental health as a student, giving practical suggestions for what you can do and where you can go for support.
  • Moodle - University of Greenwich Wellbeing resources for all students.
  • NHS: Talking Therapies - to access psychological therapies for depression and anxiety within the NHS.
  • Nightline - emotional support and information for students. It’s the only service of its kind dedicated to students in higher and further education. Run by students.
  • Papyrus Hopeline UK. If you're under 35 and struggling with suicidal feelings, or concerned about a young person who might be struggling, you can visit Papyrus Hopeline UK website or call on 0800 068 4141
  • Samaritans - If you need someone to talk to, we listen. We won't judge or tell you what to do.
  • Self harm support - The Calm Harm app provides some immediate activities and techniques to help you break the cycle of self-harm behaviour and explore underlying trigger factors.
  • Sexual violence support - Rape crisis and Male Survivors Partnership.
  • Shout text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258. Free, 24/7 mental health support.
  • Single parents - Gingerbread offer advice and support to single parents.
  • Silver Cloud - Empowering individuals to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Sleepstation - Sleepstation is a clinically validated sleep improvement programme that can help you sleep better after just four sessions.

  • Student Minds - Student Minds is the UK’s student mental health charity. Empower students and members of the university community to look after their own mental health, support others and create change.
