The Digital enabling strategy has a key part to play in the successful delivery of the overall corporate strategy. There are nine KPI's defined as part of the Institutional KPI Scorecard. The success of the Digital enabling strategy will have an indirect influence on the majority of these KPI's, with a more direct influence over the following:
