I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to join the Creative Writing programme at University of Greenwich.
Memories of Greenwich
I initially went to Greenwich to study Mathematics but then, realising I was woefully underprepared after completing an Access course the year prior, started to look at my options.
In the library, scrolling through the degrees Greenwich offered, I found the Creative Writing degree and got in touch with Emily Critchley. We arranged a meeting to discuss joining Emily’s course before eventually signing up.
Life after Greenwich
Since graduating I have been working as a copywriter for an advertising agency in Paddington. From writing short headlines that you would see in a supermarket, to longer copy that you might see at a bus stop or garden centre, I have been writing creatively ever since graduation!
