The Student Centre is here to help provide students, applicants and visitors with information, advice and guidance to a range of University of Greenwich services and student administrative tasks.

We have a base on each of our three campuses, each offering students the following services:
- Complete Greenwich registration
- Occupational Health check
- Greenwich Gateway cards
- Issue letters of student status
- Issue bank letters
- Issue council tax exemption certificate
- DBS checks
- Student record queries
- Tier 4 visa queries and renewals
- Applications for TfL and other travel discounts
- and more
We can also signpost and provide access to our specialist service areas, more detail of which you can find below. The Student Centre adheres to a number of Operational Guidelines, Policies and Statements.

Face to Face
The Student Centres' Information Advice and Guidance team will be available to speak to face to face at the following times during the week day.
- Monday - 09:30 to 16:30
- Tuesday - 09:30 to 16:30
- Wednesday - 10:00 to 16:30
- Thursday - 09:30 to 16:30
- Friday - 09:30 to 16:30
Services co-located within the Student Centre, such as Student Finance, Accommodation and Student Wellbeing may operate different service times. So please check the specific campus Student Centre pages below or the Specialist Services pages for more detail.
Should the Student Centre need to close all attempts will be made to communicate this to students using the portal and by the team placing an announcement.
