The Level 7 Creative Production Management Apprenticeship is your pathway to developing top-tier talent in Production and Technical Management.

You will develop a management and communication style rooted in integrity, reliability, and adaptability, embodying the professional standards essential for today’s workplace. You’ll lead with resilience and proactive, creative thinking that aligns with both industry and your organisation’s values.  An apprenticeship which focuses on developing people who work with people.

You will learn how to evaluate business operations, resource allocation, and team dynamics, identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.  You will be able to communicate complex production and technical information in clear, accessible ways, keeping colleagues and stakeholders well-informed.

Learners will also be taught, assessed, and supported through off-the-job and on-the-job training to ensure you obtain the theoretical and practical skills and the portfolio of evidence necessary to prepare their End Point Assessment (EPA) for the independent apprenticeship certification. As well as gaining access to a bespoke online training package, learning will be re-enforced in nine days of training at the University of Greenwich across the course.
