Khayelihle Yengwa
Student Engagement Assistant
One of Khayo's main responsibilities has been building and leading the Welcome Team with the aim of producing a World Class Welcome for new and continuing students. Khayo supervises the call operations within the team that mainly call students in relation to Online Registration, Live Chat and the entry of CRM data. Khayo is also part of the supervision team for Campus Ambassadors that are in all 3 campuses to help with student queries.
Khayo achieved a BA Hons in Human Resource Management in 2016 and went onto study a Masters in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Khayo was previously a Committee Member for the Southeast Chartered Institute for Professional Development (CIPD) branch which involved liaising with the university and CIPD to ensure frequent updates were addressed to students and also the smooth running of promotional events.
