Dr Margarita Razgon BSc, MSc, PhD

Senior Lecturer in Data Science (Databases)

Dr Margarita Razgon is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Greenwich.

Dr Razgon has been a Associate Lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London, since 2014, teaching a wide range of computing-related subjects.

She worked as a Research Associate at Systems Engineering Research Group, Department of Computer Science, Brunel University London, in 2018-2021. She investigated rule learning approaches for Predictive Maintenance of complex manufacturing machines.

Dr Razgon worked as a Research Fellow at Precision Manufacturing Centre in Faculty of Engineering,
The University of Nottingham, in 2011-2012. The research of the group was interdisciplinary, in the area of manufacturing systems technology. She investigated semantic, multi-agent and visualization technologies for design of decision-making assembly systems.

Dr Razgon has a PhD in Computer Science from the University College Cork, Ireland. Her PhD research was in the area of Artificial Intelligence. She investigated combinatorial aspects of algorithms solving Constraint Satisfaction Problems.
