Senior Lecturer, Psychology
Sandra Rankin is a Senior Lecturer for Psychology in the School of Human Sciences at the University of Greenwich.
Formerly programme leader and combined honours link tutor for psychology, Sandra currently lectures on several undergraduate courses and is link tutor for the BA Hons Business Psychology programme as well as for student and staff disability forum link to the school.
Sandra's course lecturing includes coordinating Introduction to Psychology; Business Psychology, and Organisational Psychology on the undergraduate programmes.
Sandra holds recognition with Continuing Professional Development in Transforming Learning.

Research / Scholarly interests
Sandra's research interest includes behavioural impacts in the use of social media and internet related activities; leadership development and the role of job satisfaction in motivating employees in the workplace; educational assessment methods, in particular comparisons between online and conventional methods of assessment and feedback; and the impact that e-learning technology has on students and staff.
Sandra's PhD research studied ways that individuals use deception and lying behaviour on the internet, particularly in social networking sites. She is also interested in ways of measuring employee behaviour in an organisational context.
