Patrice Eni
Lecturer in Psychology
Patrice Eni joined the University as a Teaching Fellow in Psychology on 24th January 2023.
Patrice is an experienced business psychologist with a diverse background in both academia and industry. Since joining the university in January 2023, she has taken on the role of module leader for the MSc Occupational Psychology programme where she is responsible for guiding postgraduate students through advanced concepts in Learning, Training and Development and actively supports students in exploring opportunities and advancing their professional development upon graduation.
With extensive expertise in education, Patrice also has a proven track record of supporting clients in optimising UX design and managing recruitment processes. In addition to this, Patrice has a strong interest in increasing employee engagement and is deeply committed to promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace, ensuring positive environments are created where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
