Dr Jo Fiore
Associate Professor in Sport and Physical Activity Development
Dr Jo Fiore is an Associate Professor in Sport and Physical Activity Development at the University of Greenwich.
Jo has a particular interest in sport development and participation, specifically exploring approaches that encourage behaviour change and engagement in sport and physical activity; as well as an interest in contemporary issues relating to health, fitness and sport.
Jo has been a lecturer at the university since 2013, her teaching areas include sports policy and development; enhancing performance; monitoring and evaluating performance; sports nutrition and independent study; and doctoral supervision.

- 2009 - 2013 Lecturer in Sport Policy and Development (part-time) at London Metropolitan University.

Jo's research interests are developing sport and physical activity participation and exploring approaches to support behaviour change; PE and Sport Premium; exercise addiction and eating disorders.
