Teaching Fellow, Operating Department Practice

Emma joined the University of Greenwich in April 2021 as Teaching Fellow in Operating Department Practice on the new ODP course. She has always had the pleasure of teaching a variety of healthcare students in a clinical setting ,but this is her first academic role. She works 2 days a week clinically.

    Emma lead a team of 15 ODPs at this busy and excellent private hospital in Kent.
  • 2016-2020 Agency ODP. Various.
    Emma worked full time as an agency ODP and learnt a lot during this time and found it valuable.
  • 2010-2016 Senior ODP. Medway Maritime NHS Trust.
  • 2008-2010 ODP. Princess Royal University Hospital.
  • 2006-2008 Student ODP. Princess Royal University Hospital and London South Bank University.
