Research / Scholarly interests
I have an interest in retention of midwives and supporting pastoral needs of staff, particularly newly qualified midwives and students and completed by Professional Midwifery Advocate qualification in 2024 as a result. I have been involved in qualitative research as part of my master’s project and am interested in the lived experiences of women, birthing people, and their families. I am hoping to complete more research now that I have joined the academic team at Greenwich.
