Becky Ellery
Senior Teaching Fellow
Becky graduated with a BA Hons in Early Years at the University of Greenwich followed by completing a PGCE in Primary Education with Mathematics Specialism in 2017. Since then, she has been working as a teacher and Maths lead in a primary school before joining the University of Greenwich in 2022. Becky now works two days a week at the university alongside teaching and is part of the Maths Team on the Primary Education programme. She is currently completing an NPQ in Leading Primary Mathematics and her professional interests include encouraging and instilling the enjoyment and magic of mathematics in children, supporting training teachers in developing confidence in the classroom and embedding research into the primary classroom.
