Dr Sven Kuenzel
Reader in Marketing
Dr Sven Kuenzel held the posts of Senior Lecturer and Principal Lecturer before his current appointment to Reader in Marketing at the University of Greenwich Business School. Dr Kuenzel is Director of the Centre for Communication and Consumption Research [C3ORE] and Research Co-coordinator for the Marketing, Events and Tourism Department. Prior to working in academia, Dr Kuenzel was a consultant for a major strategic management consultancy. Dr Kuenzel's previous clients include House of Fraser, Theo Mueller Group, Saab, Procter & Gamble, Churchill, Kraft Foods and General Motors.

Teaching and administrative activities
Sven is the Departmental Representative on the Research Programme Committee and the Enterprise and Research Committee for the Business School.
He lectures on:
- Research Methods (MA)
- Advanced Research Methods (MRes and MPhil/PhD)
- Relationship Marketing and Interactive Marketing (MA)
- Contemporary issues in Marketing (BA)
MPhil/PhD supervision
Dr Kuenzel has supervised research degrees to completion and acts as supervisor to a number of MRes and MPhil/PhD students.
Awards

Managerial Auditing Journal - Highly commended award winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.
Alfred-Geradi Award (1st Prize) from the German Direct Marketing Association for his PhD thesis.
