Dr Rui Ma PhD

Lecturer in Marketing

Rui joined the University of Greenwich in Feb 2024, after completing her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Sheffield, UK. Rui current research focus on digital health technologies and AI applications in addressing grand challenges in the domain of healthcare. Rui’s work has been published in the Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Business Research and Social Science & Medicine.

Responsibilities within the university

As the module leader, Rui oversees teaching, orchestrates coordination, and curriculum development for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, notably Mark 1231 Marketing Management and Mark 1251 Strategic Marketing. Furthermore, Rui provides mentorship for postgraduate dissertations, focusing particularly on subjects within the marketing discipline.
