Teaching Fellow

Originally from Transylvania, Romania's city of Sibiu, Raluca relocated to London as an international student, earning her degree from the University of Greenwich. Her professional tenure spans seven years at the University, initially securing a graduate role and gradually progressing to Head of Employer Engagement.

During her tenure, Raluca diligently managed eighty key employer relationships, overseeing a sizable department dedicated to partnership development. Her responsibilities included guiding students as a personal and placement tutor, fostering partnerships, facilitating knowledge exchange, and enhancing students' job prospects.

Complementing her professional commitments, Raluca actively participates in volunteer work and is pursuing a Ph.D. focused on promoting equal opportunities.

Responsibilities within the university

Currently, Raluca serves as a teaching fellow in BOS (Business, Operations, and Strategy) while also fulfilling the role of a personal tutor. Additionally, she is actively engaged as a co-investigator in three substantial knowledge exchange projects centered on employability, equal opportunities, and artificial intelligence.
