Ibi Akinkuade

PhD Student

Ibi is currently pursuing an MPhil/PhD in Business with a focus on Acculturation and Onboarding into an organisation. Ibi has industry experience as an HR profession and is passionate about the candidate experience and its impact on employee retention. Prior to her PhD studies, she completed an MA in Human Resources Management in 2013 and an Executive MBA at the University of Greenwich in 2019.

Responsibilities within the university

Ibi is a member of the Centre for Research on Employment and Work (CREW).

Research student at the University of Greenwich in the Greenwich Business School.

Head of People Operations in the People Directorate at the University of Greenwich.
