Farhana Alam Joined in the University of Greenwich in 2016 to attend the MA course in International Human Recourse Management. After that, from 2018 she is a full time PhD student of Greenwich Business School and actively participate in doing her research.
Her research interests include: Public sector reform, public sector Leadership, the administrative context in South Asian countries and also organisational change or transformation.
Key projects
Farhana's research interest on Public Sector Area and South Asian countries drives her PhD thesis on Civil servant's experience on Public Sector Reforms in context of Bangladesh. She has also interest on Leadership implications during organisational change.
