Dr Elisa Pannini
Postgraduate Research Programme Leader (MGM) and Lecturer in Human Resource Management.
Dr Elisa Pannini is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management in the Business School. Prior to joining the University of Greenwich, she worked at the LSE; there she completed a PhD in Employment Relations, with a thesis on labour market deregulation, its consequences, and the different approaches to protecting workers, with a focus on the most vulnerable. Her background also includes studying law at the University of Siena, where she graduated with the Italian equivalent titles of BL, and LLM with distinction, and working in the legal department of a major Italian Bank. |
Responsibilities within the university
Dr Elisa Pannini teaches courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level in the Business School, tutoring and supervising students.
She conducts research on employment and work.
