Support and resources include:

  • Telephone helpline
  • Counselling
  • Debt and financial advice
  • Downloadable self-help resources
  • Podcasts, blogs and more

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, meaning you can get support whenever you need it. It’s completely confidential, so you can access the support you need without having to worry that others at the university will know.

To find out more and access support and resources for your mental health and wellbeing, visit the Vivup EAP webpage.

Alternatively, phone the Vivup EAP confidential helpline: 0330 380 0658

Please be assured that if you are currently accessing counselling through the university’s previous EAP (CiC), your counselling will continue with your existing counsellor until completion. None of your personal data will be passed from CiC to Vivup.

If you have previously accessed counselling through the university’s previous EAP (CiC), you are welcome to access support through the new provider, Vivup, at any point.

Please use this form to offer your anonymous feedback on the university’s EAP.
