Legal Advice Centre

Students

The Legal Advice Centre provides an opportunity for students to put their theoretical legal studies, obtain legal skills and bring their law studies to life. Students are recruited from final year undergraduate law students as well as from the law master’s programmes.  In the Legal Advice Centre, you work with real lawyers to provide real advice to real clients.

We combine access to justice for members of the public with hands-on experience of legal issues for our students and the opportunity for them to develop key legal skills as part of the legal work placement and pro bono module options.

For information about the legal work placement module and how to apply, final year placement law students should approach us by email: legaladvicecentre@gre.ac.uk

"I want to thank you for running the module and the LAC - the past year this module has been one of the most engaging and insightful modules I have had the opportunity to do." - Student Volunteer
