Become a GOLD Mentor and Reviewer

Support others with their journey through our GOLD scheme by becoming a GOLD mentor and reviewer. Learn how you can get involved and join our wider GOLD community.

There are two main avenues through which you can actively get involved with our GOLD Scheme. Becoming a mentor and/or a reviewer entails a rewarding process that helps you keep in touch with the learning and teaching practices of your colleagues whilst disseminating your own. It can also be considered part of your Continuous Professional Development and is great evidence for those wishing to apply for Senior or Principal Fellowship in the future.

As a GOLD mentor and reviewer, you are eligible to claim AWP for your mentoring and developing duties.

  • undertaking teaching observations (for all Fellow applications and Associate Fellow applications claiming A2)
