To gain access to our libraries, please complete the following three-step registration process.
- Apply for SCONUL Access on the SCONUL website. Once your application has been approved you can proceed to step 2.
- Complete and submit the SCONUL access University of Greenwich library registration form below.
- Send your SCONUL Access membership confirmation email (from step 1) and a high quality passport size photograph of yourself to librarymembership@gre.ac.uk. Your application cannot be processed until this step is completed. Your photograph must be a close-up of your full head & shoulders, against a plain background. It must be a high resolution jpeg, in colour, and you must be facing forward and looking straight at the camera.

Why we ask you for this information:
The University collects and handles information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
The information given on your registration form will be held securely within the University's IT environment and the library management system for a year after your library record's expiry date and it will be used for the following purposes only:
- To enable the Library to create your library record.
- To enable the Library to monitor and compile statistics on stock circulation, fines payments and borrower data.
Your personal data will never be shared with any external organisations.
