User Accounts: Identity Management (IDM)

IDM provides integration across multiple systems to automate and improve management of accounts and access.

It is currently integrated, for example, with the ARMS system for affiliate user information and the Microsoft Active Directory system for staff and student data. It provides LDAP authentication for Portal access. It also provides passwords self-service and can synchronise use

The service is available to all members of university staff and students

    09.00 - 17.00 weekdays other than university and Bank Holidays
