The University of Greenwich "Offer Holder Event 16 April 2025” Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to be bound by them.
2. The prize draw is promoted by the University of Greenwich, Old Royal Naval College, Park Row, Greenwich, London, SE10 9LS ("University of Greenwich").
3. The decision of the University of Greenwich is final on all matters relating to this prize draw and these terms and conditions, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
4. No purchase necessary in order to participate in this prize draw.
5. Participation in this prize draw is free and open to persons who are 16 years of age or over and are residents of the United Kingdom.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. Full-time employees of the University of Greenwich and any immediate family members or co-habitants of such employees are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
8. To enter the prize draw you must complete the compulsory fields in Offer Holder Event 16 April 2025 survey and fill in your email address at the end of the survey.
9. The University of Greenwich will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
10. Prize draw participants can submit their entries with effect from 17:00 GMT on 16 April to 17:00 GMT on 24 April 2025.
11. One entry per person. Late, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
12. One winner will be drawn from the entries received by the closing date. The winner will be drawn at random by the University of Greenwich whose decision is final.
13. The winner of the prize is drawn from the entries received from the Offer Holder Event 16 April 2025 survey by the closing date and will receive a £25 Amazon voucher. Amazon's own terms and conditions will also apply to the receipt of the prize.
14. The prize is subject to availability and the University of Greenwich may, at its discretion, substitute the prize for a suitable alternative. No cash or other alternative can be requested by the winner and proof of identity satisfactory to the University of Greenwich may be required to collect the prize.
15. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the University of Greenwich may publish the names and address towns/countries in any media in connection with the prize draw. The winner's name and country may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date, starting the date of publication and enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to "Offer Holder Event 16 April 2025” Bronte 102, Southwood Site, The University of Greenwich, Avery Hill Road, Eltham, SE9 2UG.
16. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize/s impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the University of Greenwich and accordingly, the University of Greenwich may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the University of Greenwich a result thereof.
17. English Law applies, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
