This activity takes place online Everyone worries, but when your worry becomes persistent and excessive, then it can get in the way of life and leave you feeling anxious and drained. If this sounds like you, then why not join our free workshop on worry? Delivered by trained NHS professionals, this workshop is specifically for Greenwich University staff. It will increase your understanding of anxiety and offer useful techniques to manage worry.
