SE10 9LS The Institute for Inclusive Communities and Environments (ICE), is the new research institute for the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, University of Greenwich. The Institute vision is to foster greater inclusivity and reduce inequalities among diverse individuals, communities, and environments. We are creating an inclusive, sustainable and fairer society, through the arts, creativity and culture to empower communities. We work collaboratively with communities, organisations, and policymakers to address the social and environmental challenges of our time. The Institute comprises of six research centres that act as the incubators of innovative research by bringing together different disciplines in the creative industries, humanities and social sciences. Our exciting programme serves to officially launch the Institute and showcase ICE research strengths. Reflecting the Institute’s vibrant community, staff and students will attend the event and be joined by external audiences from government, NHS Trusts, funders, industry, UK and international partners and the media.
