Procurement strategy and action plan

This Strategy sets out a strategic procurement framework to complement the University Strategic Plan. The Strategy and Action Plan creates a more robust framework for making further improvements to the University’s procurement activity and contributes to savings and service quality, “Aiming for Best Practice and Outcomes”.
