Staff should raise any queries about the operation of the Grievance policy and procedure with their line manager or where this is not appropriate their manager's manager or where necessary Human Resources.  Managers who have queries or concerns about an employee's grievance  should raise this with the appropriate HR contact for their Faculty/Directorate.
