We are pleased to introduce a new suite of microlearning modules designed to help academic colleagues embed employability skills and knowledge into the curriculum.
Our new CareerMicrolearning Pathways offer:
- Microlearning units that can be incorporated into tutorial sessions, lectures, Moodle courses, and more;
- Activities where learners engage with content, such as reading articles, watching videos, or listening to podcasts, followed by quiz-based assessments to test their knowledge;
- Suggestions for useful external resources, and advice for next steps.
The CareerMicrolearning Pathways have been thoughtfully developed in alignment with the Academic Framework to begin to address key topics that can most effectively support our students in their future careers, whether progressing to graduate-level jobs or further studies. Each pathway has been aligned with either level 4, 5, 6 or 7, though can be used at any level at your discretion.
