University of Greenwich Business School successfully obtains SBC accreditation

Following a recent assessment, the University of Greenwich Business School has been successful in its bid to obtain SBC accreditation. Members from the business school worked with colleagues from the SBC on the application.

The SBC feedback included:

“The panel were impressed with the quality of the application and comprehensive evidence which was provided, all of which was impeccable and would like to send thanks to the Greenwich Business School (GBS) team for the effort that has gone into assembling everything. In addition, GBS approach to students, graduate and alumni was very impressive.”

The SBC describes the award as "an award for the UK’s world-class business schools. In order to achieve the Small Business Charter award, business schools undergo a rigorous assessment to determine the effectiveness of their business support, entrepreneurship education and engagement with their local economy.”

The Small Business Charter (SBC) awarded the accreditation that is valid for three years.
