Reporting Covid-19

TLDRoffon

If you experience symptoms, need to take a Covid-19 test or self-isolate, you must let the university know as soon as possible. This will allow us to take swift action to minimise the risk to others, and follow the strict procedures in place.

You can do this using the online form on our Covid-Safe Arrangement pages.

The most important symptoms of coronavirus (Covid-19) are recent onset of any of the following:

  • a new continuous cough or
  • a high temperature or
  • a loss of or change in your normal sense of taste or smell.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and students remains our priority. In line with the Covid-Safe Charter we are committed to being transparent about the risks to our community.

Please remember, if you would like to access support, the university's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available for you to use.

We must work together to keep our university community safe

You can find more about the actions we must all follow to act safely and responsibly on our Return to Campus and  Be Covid-Safe pages, along with our Being Covid-Safe FAQs for staff, Being Covid-Safe FAQs for students.
