The normal cancellation terms apply. You must cancel your permit online. Unused full months up to and including May will be refunded to the card used to pay at the time of application. If the cardholder name is different from the permit holder please email travel@gre.ac.uk |

The normal cancellation terms apply. You must cancel your permit online. Unused full months up to and including May will be refunded to your accommodation account. |
Staff |
Payments from salary will be suspended from April pay. Please note: monthly payments are taken in arrears |
Contractors | You must cancel your permit online. |
Please note: there will be no refund for any days in March. However when we formally return to campuses we will delay the implementation of all charging arrangements for an appropriate period of time to take account of this.
