Would you like to live with friends?
You can set up your group between 7 February to 17 February and a member of your group will be able to book you all into a flat when main bookings open.
If you would like to live in a group with a friend(s) you can create your group via the link on the accommodation portal within the applications section. You can make an application to live with a group of between one and six people. Each member of your group will need to create a group password and follow the two step process on the Application page no later than 8am on 17 February.
Priority Housing for applicants with special housing requirements
Applicants with special housing requirements can make a priority housing request from 7 February until 9am 14 February.
If you have a medical or special requirement for a particular hall then you can make a priority housing application via the link within the applications section. If your request is granted you can form a group with one other person via the dedicated link from the time you receive the confirmation email approving your request.
If your request is accepted then you will be able to book a room in hall from 9am on Tuesday 15 February and will have priority access before general bookings open on 17 February.
Booking opening dates/times:
15 February at 9am
Bookings open for students who are eligible for priority housing.
17 February at 8am
Bookings open for single and group applicants on a first come first served basis. Further information and guidance can be found on the Accommodation Portal.
How to book:
- To make an application and booking in hall, please follow the link from the welcome page of the Accommodation portal for Applications and Bookings.
- You will be asked to make an application, booking and to sign your licence agreement.
- If you are in a group and a friend is booking for you, you will be required to make your application and sign your licence agreement no later than 31 March. Please keep in touch with your group leader so you can take these steps after they have made your booking.
- Arrange to pay your £400 deposit no later than 31 March*
- Please note that rooms will be limited on the Greenwich campus and please note that most availability will be within the Avery Hill Village and Medway residences.
- All bookings will be made on a first come first served basis.
