The Student Wellbeing Service offers a range of support services to help you make the most of your time with us. These include mental health, psychological wellbeing, counselling and disability & dyslexia support.
Within the university, we also have the STAART initiative and Sports & Active Life team, which further support our students.
The Sports & Active Life team look after the gyms & sports facilities across our campuses. As a student, you can also access online fitness classes via Spectrum Life.

Join an online Student Wellbeing Drop-in
Students can access an online-drop in where you will be offered a 15-minute appointment to discuss any wellbeing concerns you might have.
The session is held online via MS Teams, and you will be met by a wellbeing coordinator from the Student Wellbeing Service. The appointments work on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Join a session on the following days an times (these may be subject to change):
- Monday (2-4pm)
- Wednesday (12-2pm)
- Friday (11am – 1pm)

1. Start by visiting our webpages to understand more about what each of our 4 services offer.
2. Then complete the self-referral form on our Digital Student Centre. If you do not have access to the Digital Student Centre, you can contact us by calling 020 8331 7875 or email wellbeing@gre.ac.uk.
