Last week we completed the appointment to Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost. I am delighted to announce that Professor Vanessa Lemm has been appointed and will start on 1st March.
Professor Lemm brings huge experience to the role both through her work at Greenwich and also through her extensive roles in Australia.
She will continue to lead FLAS while we undertake the process of replacing her and we will be working with the senior team there to ensure that all activities are fully covered during this period.
I am sure you will all want to join me in congratulating Vanessa on her successful appointment. I am looking forward to working with her as we continue the work to ensure that the university remains successful and our ambitions for strategy 2030 are realised.
