Internal Delivered Catering Booking information

Hospitality and Catering Services

Catering refreshments can be ordered for delivery to university offices, classrooms, and meeting spaces Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm by using the “IndiCater” online ordering system.

Access to the online “IndiCater” ordering system is restricted to approved persons within each Directorate or Faculty. Please contact your Head of Department or Finance Manager to seek approval.

Catering orders must be submitted online 3 working days in advance and orders will be delivered for self-service. Should you require an enhanced service or an out of hours service use the order forms below:

Out of hours catering orders for Hamilton House, Devonport, Bathway and Cooper Powerhouse please use the Internal Hospitality Order Form (Hamilton House, Devonport, Bathway and Cooper Powerhouse) and e-mail it to the Galley Cafe on thegalleycafe@greenwich.ac.uk

Out of hours catering orders for The Dome, Avery Hill Campus, Southwood Site please contact Hospitality.AveryHillCampus.UK@sodexo.com
