The Pilkington Café, in the hub of the Pilkington building, serves a wide range of hot meals, sandwiches, salad bar, snacks, confectionery and hot and cold beverages.

- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00
This café encourages sustainability by being a disposable free zone. You can have your favourite drinks in a china cup or bring along your Keep Cup. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Keep Cup you can buy one at the café and get your first drink on us.

With the ambience of a cosy coffee shop, the Pembroke café staff provide a friendly personal service offering a range of hot meals, freshly prepared pizzas, sandwiches, salad bar, snacks, confectionery and hot and cold beverages including Starbucks.
