AI at Greenwich for our staff

We are delivering AI in line with our Digital Strategy, with a focus on delivering institutional value. AI is increasingly being embedded in our existing tools, including Studiosity and Oracle (Horizon). We are piloting these tools to ensure greatest impact for our community.

Responsible delivery of AI

Our approach to delivering AI at Greenwich is informed by Technology and HE sector experience. Leading global information technology research and advisory company, Gartner, have highlighted the emergence of second-order effects from AI delivery. They have advised organisations to pay additional attention to governance, risk, ownership and safety when delivering AI solutions.

We believe in responsible delivery of AI, which requires a full assessment of our digital environment. We can then assess how Copilot for Microsoft 365 can be used for various use cases. This will ensure sustainable, ethical delivery across the university. Our focus is on outcomes which make a difference for our colleagues and students.
