Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor's Executive, the Estates Management Board oversees service delivery of the University's estates and facilities operations to support the students and staff of the University, including the management of the core service partners. Amongst other responsibilities, the Board plans and oversees all minor estates projects and reviews and approves regulations, policies and procedures related to the University's estate.
The Board liaises with the Capital Programmes Board, IT Management Board, Student Success Board and Sustainability Management Committee as appropriate.
