- 5pm
Greenwich Campus
We are happy to announce that the EIB department is going to run the Women in Business Student Conference on the 8th of March 2022! This year’s theme is "Progress and Reversals in Times of Strife" and intends to reflect e.g., the new pressures individuals identifying as women are under due to the various "situations" around the world, such as pandemic, lockdown, climate change, and wars. The conference intents to be inclusive, meaning we want to involve all sides in the gender discussion: male, female, and LGBTQ+. We would also like to highlight that Professor Leigh Doster, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean of the Business School, will be speaking at the event. The conference will take place on the 8th of March from 14:00-17:00 in QA080. The event will be run as hyflex and, as such, you can join online or on-campus. For those of you who attend on campus, the conference will be followed by a social get-together taking place from 17:00-19:00. Of course, you do not have to be a speaker to be allowed to attend. Everyone is welcome! Each attendee, both on campus and online will be awarded 15 GEP points. Please complete this online form to sign up and book your space. We look forward to seeing you on the 8th of March!
